Vogue Conscious Collection offers more responsible sock products

Vogue's Conscious Collection brings to the market a selection of more responsible tights, leggings and socks that combine not only more responsible materials but also high quality and comfort.

The collection was initially launched with products made of ECONYL® nylon, but has since expanded with other more responsible materials, such as lyocell and organic cotton. Products made from recycled materials reduce plastic waste in the oceans, and they also have a smaller carbon footprint.

A more responsible choice

Recycled ECONYL® nylon is mainly used in the production of Conscious Collection sock products. ECONYL® nylon is made from plastic waste from seas and waterways, such as fishing nets and cutting waste from the textile industry, which would otherwise end up in a landfill.

The use of ECONYL® nylon thus contributes to the circular economy, when useless waste material gets a new life. Natural resources are also saved when virgin natural resources do not have to be used to manufacture new products. The use of recycled nylon also reduces carbon dioxide emissions by up to 80% compared to standard nylon made from virgin petroleum.

The collection combines responsibility, comfort and high quality

Thanks to modern technology, recycled nylon has the same properties as regular nylon: it is very durable and elastic. "We are particularly pleased that we did not have to compromise on the quality level at all. The products of the Conscious Collection are truly luxurious and at the highest level of comfort. The pleasant and beautifully fitting 3D knit and the non-tightening and wide waistband used in the products guarantee comfort. The products are designed in Finland and manufactured in high-quality craftsmanship in Italy.

Responsibility can also be seen in the packaging

The Vogue Conscious Collection's packaging is made from FSC-certified cardboard. The certificate guarantees that the material used comes from forests that are managed according to good forest management criteria. You can recognize Conscious Collection products by the soft green color of the packaging and the eco logo.
