Warranty repair of Nanso products
We want to promote responsible consumption and our products are designed to last both qualitatively and over time. The longest possible service life of our clothes is one important part of our responsibility strategy. Menddie's repair services are used for warranty repairs of Nanso products.
Cooperation with Menddie
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the warranty repair applies to products that have been in use for less than 12 months, and the customer has 2 months to complain about the product after he has noticed the error. At Nanso, we look at the entire product life cycle, and adding a repair service as part of the whole is a natural step for us.
Menddie's mission is to extend the life cycle of clothing by making clothing repair and maintenance services more easily available to consumers. The process is easy: after first dealing with Nanso's customer service, the customer receives a warranty repair order and shipment activation code in his email, after which he mails the repaired product free of charge through Matkahuolto and the repaired product is returned to him in about a week. The products are harvested by Menddie in Finland.
Whether the garment is covered by warranty repair and repairability is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Evaluation and ordering of repairs is done through our customer service: kaspalvelu@nanso.com .
By fixing, we care
Repairing clothes used to be common in history, but the appreciation and skill have waned over the years. However, there have been gratifying signs of the return of clothing repair and modification in recent years. Repairing a garment is also a statement for the appreciation of the garment, by repairing you care. We should not forget that our biggest and easiest act of responsibility is to wear our clothes longer. Using the product's warranty repair service has many positive effects: money and resources required to manufacture a new garment are saved, and the local service provider is also employed.
We are interested in various forms of services that support the circular economy. The repair service, which now focuses on warranty repairs in the first phase, is one part of extending the useful life of the clothes, other parts of this are the clothes care equipment found in our selections (Stockholm Steamery) and the Emmy cooperation that promotes the recycling of our clothes.
The new life collection
Nanso's clothes are designed to delight you for a long time both in terms of quality and style. In order to extend the life cycle of our clothes, we launched the Uusi Elämä collection, which gives our clothes in good condition a new life through renovation. The purpose of the collection is to slow down the rapid circulation of fashion and promote the circular economy.
