Measurement instructions
- You need a measuring tape suitable for measuring the body and note-taking equipment.
- The most important thing is to make sure that the measuring line is straight. You can ask a friend to help you measure or use a mirror to help you measure.
- Body measurements are taken from underwear or tight-fitting clothes. Measurements are taken strictly around the body.
- Chest circumference: Measured horizontally from the highest point of the chest.
- Waist circumference: Measured from the narrowest part of the body, around the height of the navel or slightly higher
from the natural waist line. The measurement is taken as a snap so that one finger fits between the measuring tape. - Hip circumference: Measured horizontally from the widest part of the hip. If the widest point is difficult to find,
can move the tape measure up and down slightly to find the widest point. The most important thing is to make sure that the measuring line is horizontal. - Inner leg length: measured in a straight line from the crotch to the floor without shoes.
Compare the body measurements you took with Nanso's body measurement chart. The body measurements in the table are fixed measurements and the products always have allowances for these measurements. If you are between two sizes, choose a larger or smaller size depending on whether you want the product to be tighter or looser on you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
You take your body measurements according to the instructions above. You can compare the measurements you took with the measurement table above.
You can also find product-specific dimensions on the product pages. These dimensions are measured from the garment laid out on a level. To find the most suitable size, please compare the measurements with your current clothes, which are similar in design and material. Please note that product dimensions cannot be directly compared to body measurements. There should be roominess in the garment, i.e. the dimensions of the product are larger than your body measurements.
In the product description of the product page, you can also find the dimensions of the model and the size of the product on top of the model.
We recommend looking at the product dimensions and deciding on the right size for each product. The products have different sizes, so you can choose whether you want the product to be fitted or looser on top. Please note that product dimensions cannot be directly compared to body measurements. The product dimensions should be larger than your body measurement, so that there is room in the product.
