Terms of delivery and use
You can shop in our online store without worry, the connection between the Nanso online store and your computer is protected using SSL protection (Secure Sockets Layer). The SSL security policy protects the communication so that an external observer cannot see or change your confidential information by monitoring the connection. The SSL security policy is trusted by e.g. Finnish online banks and countless other online services that require secure connections.
Age limitTo do business in the online store, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
Tariff
The prices of the products are in euros (EUR) and include the value added tax in accordance with the Finnish tax legislation in force at any given time. Prices do not include handling or shipping costs. The prices we announce at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's entire purchase process.
The Nanso.com online store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear price error. In the online store, a clear price error means that the price of the product deviates clearly and significantly from the correct price of the product (for example, if the price of the product is EUR 0.00 or the product has no price at all). In such a case, the incorrect price differs so clearly from the correct price that you are deemed to understand that the price information is incorrect.
Discounts
Loyal customer: Advantage codes
- Loyal customer personal advantage codes can be redeemed with loyalty points. These codes can be used for normal-priced or discount products, but they cannot be combined with other advantage codes, such as influencer or campaign advantage codes . You can use loyalty customer's advantage codes in Kantispäivät campaigns.

You can use the loyalty customer's personal benefit code:
- to normal priced products
- to discounted products
- In connection with the Kantispäivät campaign
You cannot use the access code:
- together with other benefit codes entered in the shopping cart
- with the additional sale campaign
- if the minimum purchase limit is not met.
Campaign-specific codes change
- Changing campaign-specific discount codes can be used for the products defined by the campaign. You can find more detailed terms of use of the discount codes in the campaign message you received and on the campaign page.
- If you have several advantage or discount codes in use at the same time and you add them to your shopping cart at checkout, the biggest discount will apply to your order, if the codes cannot be used together.
Use of the benefit code in the online store and in stores
- The discount code is added to the online store order at the point when the desired products have first been added to the shopping cart. When you go to the checkout, you will find a text field under the name 'Gift card, campaign or advantage code'. The field is visible on the computer on the right side and on the phone under 'Show my order summary'.
- Paste or write your benefit code in the field, press 'Apply', and the price will be updated according to the benefit code. Please note that you can only use one benefit code with your order.
- You can use your benefit code in the store by telling it at the cashier. More about benefit codes here .
Delivery of products
A binding contract between the parties is created when the Nanso.com online store has sent a separate order confirmation to the email address you provided (Order Confirmation). Confirmation is made as soon as the Nanso.com online store has received the order and the payment has been completed successfully.
The Nanso.com online store has the right to reject your order in individual cases. Nanso.com does not guarantee the availability of online store products in all situations. All purchases made with your customer IDs are considered your purchases. This is why it is important that you store customer IDs carefully so that they do not come to the knowledge of outsiders.
After order confirmation, it is no longer possible to add or remove products to your order, change the size of the product or the place of delivery.
In addition to mainland Finland, we currently deliver to the following other EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy and Luxembourg.
From 29.12.2020 we will no longer deliver orders to Great Britain.
We do not deliver orders to Åland.
We do not ship to VAT-free areas, PO Box addresses, hotels or hostels, or military bases.
Nanso is not responsible if the delivery of the order is delayed due to the transport service or the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided incorrect contact information to Nanso's online store or neglects his obligation to notify and update his changed contact information, or is not there at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached.
Nanso is also unable to influence if one of our partner's parcel points is full and the parcels are diverted to alternative pick-up points.

Free delivery for orders over 99.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).
As a Nanso regular customer, you can enjoy the following delivery benefits in Finland:
- For regular bronze level customers, free delivery for orders over 79.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).
- Free delivery for regular Silver level customers for orders over 59.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).
- Gold level loyal customers always get free delivery to the pick-up point and free home delivery for orders over 99.00 euros.

Delivery methods
The Nanso.com online store delivers orders using the following delivery methods.
in Finland
The normal delivery time is about 2-5 business days after receiving the order. During peak times such as during the season, Christmas and the Black Week campaign week, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Pickup from Nanso Store
Pick up the products you ordered from the Nanso store of your choice. You will be notified by text message or email when your purchases have arrived. You can see the store's opening hours here . Show the message you received and your ID when you come to pick up your purchases. The store keeps your purchases for 7 days. After this, uncollected purchases will be returned.
Pickup from a Post office
Pick up the products you ordered from the post office of your choice. You will be notified by text message or email when the package has arrived. You can follow the progress of the shipment based on the shipment ID. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages are returned to the sender.
Posti Smarpost parcel machine
Pick up the products you ordered from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message of the package's arrival and you can pick up your shipment from the machine right away. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages are returned to the sender.
Mail home delivery
Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller shipments are delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti will agree a delivery time with you. Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities by 21:00 on weekdays and by 14:00 or 17:00 in other areas. You can track the progress of the shipment using the shipment ID.
For home delivery, you must use the c/o mark when the delivery address of the order does not match your own postal address.
Matkahuolto Nearby Package
The order is picked up at a Matkahuolto office or a local store. When ordering, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point. Matkahuolto sends the arrival notification of the package primarily by text message, so please also state your mobile phone number with your order. Matkahuolto stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages are returned to the sender.
Matkahuolto parcel machine
Pick up the products you ordered from the Matkahuolto parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message of the package's arrival and you can pick up your shipment from the machine right away. Matkahuolto stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages are returned to the sender.
Matkahuolto home delivery
The order is delivered to your door. We always need a phone number for home deliveries. Matkahuolto will call you before delivering the package.
In other EU countries
UPS Standard
The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email from UPS when your order has been delivered by them. This message contains the tracking code for your order, which you can use to track the delivery of your order on the UPS website. For orders that cannot be delivered to your home, UPS will send you a message and you can pick up the order at the UPS pickup point closest to your address.
UPS Express Saver
The normal delivery time is 24 – 48 hours after your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email from UPS when your order has been delivered by them. This message contains the tracking code for your order, which you can use to track the delivery of your order on the UPS website. For orders that cannot be delivered to your home, UPS will send you a message and you can pick up the order at the UPS pickup point closest to your address.
Right of return and Purchase protection
You have a 14-day full right of return for the products you ordered. Discounts granted based on the purchase amount may be reconsidered in connection with returns.
The products to be returned must be unused (except for matching) and in their original packaging. The labels of the products must be closed. Nanso reserves the right not to accept returns if the product no longer corresponds to a new, unused product.

Exchange of products
In our online store, it is currently not possible to exchange an ordered product for another. However, you have a 14-day full right of return and you can always place a new order.
Complaints
Nanso takes responsibility for each of its products. We want to be worthy of our customers' trust even with regard to faulty products.
For complaints about products purchased from the online store, contact our customer service at kaspalvelu@nanso.com. Attach a photo and a verbal description of the product defect to your message, and state the name of the defective product and the order number found on the order.
Regarding the product purchased in the store, we ask you to contact the store where the product was purchased.
