Terms and conditions of delivery and use
You can shop in our online store without any worries, the connection between the Nanso online store and your computer is protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL security protects data traffic so that an outside observer cannot see or change your confidential information by monitoring the connection. SSL security is trusted by, among others, Finnish online banks and countless other online services that require secure connections.
Age limit
To shop in the online store, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
Tariff
Product prices are in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax in accordance with Finnish tax legislation in force at the time. Prices do not include handling or shipping costs. The prices we indicate at the time of ordering are valid for the customer's entire purchase process.
Nanso.com online store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear price error. A clear price error means that the price of a product in the online store clearly and significantly deviates from the correct price of the product (for example, if the product has a price of 0.00 euros or the product has no price at all). In such a case, the incorrect price deviates so clearly from the correct price that you are deemed to understand that the price information is incorrect.
Discounts
Loyal customer: Coupons
- Loyalty customer personal discount coupons can be redeemed with loyalty points. These coupons can be used on regular-priced or discounted products, but they cannot be combined with other discount or promotion codes, such as influencer or campaign discount codes. Loyalty customer discount coupons can be used in Kantispäivät campaigns.

You can use your personal loyalty coupon to:
- for regular priced products
- for discounted products
- In connection with the Kantispäivät campaign
You cannot use a loyalty coupon:
- together with other coupons entered into the shopping cart
- with the extra sale campaign
- if the minimum purchase limit is not met.
Changing campaign-specific codes
- Changing campaign-specific discount codes can be used on products specified by the campaign. You can find more detailed terms and conditions for using the discount codes in the campaign message you receive and on the campaign page.
- If you have multiple promo or discount codes in use at the same time and add them to your cart at checkout, the largest discount will apply to your order if the codes cannot be used together.
Using a loyalty coupon or promotional discount code in the online store and in stores
- A coupon or discount code is added to an online store order when the desired products have first been added to the shopping cart. When you go to checkout, you will find a text field called 'Gift card, campaign code or coupon'. The field is visible on the right side on a computer and under 'View my order summary' on a phone.
- Paste or type your coupon or discount code in the field, press 'Apply', and the price will update according to the discount. Please note that you can only use one coupon or discount code per order.
- Coupons or discount codes that are forgotten or otherwise omitted from an order will not be refunded afterwards.
- You can use your coupon or discount code in store by presenting it at checkout. You can find more about coupons and discount codes here.
Product delivery
A binding agreement between the parties is created when Nanso.com online store has sent a separate order confirmation to the email address you provided (Order Confirmation). Confirmation is made as soon as Nanso.com online store has received the order and payment has been successfully completed.
Nanso.com online store has the right to reject your order in individual cases. Nanso.com does not guarantee the availability of online store products in all situations. All purchases made with your customer ID are considered your purchases. Therefore, it is important that you store your customer IDs carefully so that they do not become known to third parties.
After order confirmation, you can no longer add or remove products, change the product size or delivery location.
In addition to mainland Finland, we currently deliver to the following other EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy and Luxembourg.
We will no longer deliver orders to the United Kingdom from December 29, 2020.
We do not deliver orders to Åland.
We do not deliver orders to VAT-free areas, PO box addresses, hotels or hostels, or military bases.
Nanso is not responsible if the delivery of the order is delayed due to the shipping service or the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided incorrect contact information to Nanso's online store or neglects their obligation to notify and update their changed contact information, or is not present at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached.
Nanso is also unable to influence if one of our partner's parcel points is full and the parcels are directed to alternative pickup points.

As a Nanso loyal customer, you can enjoy the following delivery benefits in Finland:
- Bronze level loyal customers get free shipping on orders over 79.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).
- Silver level loyal customers get free shipping on orders over 59.00 euros (does not apply to home delivery).
- Gold level loyal customers always get free delivery to the pickup point and free home delivery for orders over 99.00 euros.

Delivery methods
Nanso.com online store delivers orders using the following delivery methods.
In Finland
Normal delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days from receipt of order. During peak times such as seasonal sales, Christmas and Black Week, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Pick up from Nanso Store
Pick up your ordered products from the Nanso store of your choice. You will be notified by text message or email when your purchases arrive. You can see the store's opening hours here . Show the message you received and your ID when you come to pick up your purchases. The store will keep your purchases for 7 days. After this, any purchases not picked up will be returned.
Pick-up from a Posti office
Pick up your ordered products from the post office of your choice. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives. You can track the progress of the shipment using the tracking number. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to the sender.
Posti Smarpost parcel terminal
Pick up your ordered products from the Posti parcel terminal of your choice. You will be notified by text message when the package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from the terminal immediately. Posti stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to the sender.
Posti home delivery
Posti's home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller shipments are delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you. Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities on weekdays by 9 pm and in other areas by 2 pm or 5 pm. You can track the progress of the shipment using the shipment ID.
For home delivery, the marking c/o must be used when the order's delivery address does not match your own postal address.
Matkahuolto Nearby Package
The order is collected from a Matkahuolto office or a local store. You can choose the most suitable pickup point when ordering. Matkahuolto primarily sends notification of the arrival of the package via text message, so please also provide your mobile phone number when ordering. Matkahuolto stores packages for 7 days at all its pickup points. After this, uncollected packages are returned to the sender.
Matkahuolto parcel machine
Pick up your ordered products from the Matkahuolto parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message when your package arrives and you can pick up your shipment from the machine immediately. Matkahuolto stores packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. After this, uncollected packages will be returned to the sender.
In other EU countries
UPS Standard
The normal delivery time is 3-5 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email from UPS when your order is in transit. This email will contain your order tracking code, which you can use to track your order on the UPS website. For orders that cannot be delivered to your home, UPS will send you an email and you can pick up your order at the UPS pickup location closest to your address.
UPS Express Saver
The normal delivery time is 24-48 hours from the time your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email from UPS when your order is in transit. This email will contain your order tracking code, which you can use to track your order on the UPS website. For orders that cannot be delivered to your home, UPS will send you an email and you can pick up your order at the UPS pickup location closest to your address.
Return policy and purchase protection
You have a 14-day full right to return any products you have ordered. Discounts granted based on the purchase amount may be reconsidered in connection with returns.
Returned products must be unused (except for fitting) and in their original packaging. The product tags must be attached. Nanso reserves the right to not accept a return if the product no longer corresponds to a new, unused product.

Product exchange
It is currently not possible to exchange an ordered product for another in our online store. However, you have a 14-day full right of return and can always place a new order.
Complaints
Nanso takes responsibility for every product it produces. We want to be worthy of our customers' trust, even when it comes to faulty products.
For complaints about products purchased from the online store, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelut@nanso.com. Please attach a photo and a verbal description of the product defect to your message, as well as the name of the defective product and the order number found on the order.
For products purchased in-store, we ask that you contact the store where the product was purchased.
