Products that last and circulate

At Nanso, we see every product we produce as valuable. The circular economy and the longest possible service life of our products play an important role in our responsibility work. Circular economy thinking and considering recyclability already starts at the design table: our products are designed to last both qualitatively and temporally. In addition, we consider the recyclability of textiles when choosing materials.

Circular economy as part of planning

At Nanso, we want to take responsibility not only for the product's longevity and quality, but also for what happens to our products after they are no longer in use. Considering the final recyclability of textiles is an important part of collection planning in line with the circular economy. For this reason, in the future we will increase the number of products made from monomaterials and reduce the proportion of elastane in material mixes.

Long service life with partners

Through the services, we support the longevity of our products and strive to prevent their unnecessary disposal. The purpose of the work done with circular economy partners is to extend the life cycle of our clothes and slow down the fast cycle of fashion. In our selection you can also find high-quality clothing care products.

The new life collection

The Uusi Elämä collection gives Nanso clothes a new life through renovation. The collection consists of new and used clothes in good condition, which have been returned to us due to, for example, a small mistake. Returned products are delivered to our partner Menddie, who repairs all products in Finland, for repair. After the renovation, the products continue their journey to selected Nanso stores, where they get a new life. Read more about the Uusi Elämä collection here.

Warranty repairs

At Nanso, we see every product we produce as valuable. For this reason, we offer a warranty repair service for our products through Menddie. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the warranty repair applies to products that have been in use for less than 12 months. The process is easy: the customer receives an activation code in his email, which he can use to send the product to be repaired free of charge via Matkahuolto to Menddie. Nanso x Emmy

The aim of the Emmy collaboration is to offer customers an effortless opportunity to put old clothes into circulation and at the same time reduce the environmental impact during the clothing's life cycle.

After completing the electronic sales order, customers can bring their recycled clothes to Nanso's store, where they will be delivered to Emmy for sale. Sales revenue can be redeemed with Nanso gift cards if desired, in which case Nanso offers a 10% increase to sales revenue. The service is available in all Nanso stores.
