Payment options
You can pay in our online store through our payment partners Paytrail Oyj, Shopify Payments or Klarna Bank Ab.
Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
Nanso's online store's own payment method Shopify Payments enables payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Shopify appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice, and Shopify Payments forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant (Nanso). Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Gift card
A gift card is a valuable document that should be stored carefully. A gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and a lost or stolen card cannot be replaced. Unused gift cards will not be refunded. Possible discounts and discount codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. When you return products purchased with a gift card, the return is always credited to the original gift card. Please keep the gift card code for possible returns.
Nanso gift card
A gift card purchased in the online store can be used as a payment method in Nanso's online store and in Nanso's stores. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. According to the regulations regarding distance sales, you can cancel the order for gift cards purchased from nanso.com within 14 business days in accordance with our cancellation instructions. The electronic gift card purchased from the online store will arrive in your email as a separate message after payment. You can also print a gift card.
If the value of your gift card is greater than the value of your order, the final balance remains to be used for subsequent purchases. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money. Only one gift card can be used to pay for the order, and you cannot pay for another gift card with the gift card. If you pay for your entire order with a gift card, the amount will be returned to the original gift card. If you use a gift card and another payment method when paying, the refund is always primarily for the original gift card and only then for the other payment methods that were used for your order. Please keep the actual gift card purchased in the store or the code of the gift card purchased in the online store for possible returns.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.

Klarna invoice and installment services
Buy now - pay later!
These terms apply between you and this store when you choose Klarna, pay later as a payment method.
When you choose Pay Later as a payment method, we offer you the option to pay on the due date, which is 30 days after the goods or tickets are shipped, or from the date the services or digital content become available to you. We transfer our receivables to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you payment instructions to pay the purchase directly to Klarna. You can find Klarna's terms and conditions here .
When you select "PIlko payments, Klarna" as an option at our checkout, you can flexibly pay for your purchases in monthly installments, the size of which is at least 1/24 of the debt amount (however, always at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining debt).
Klarna offers consumers Buyer's Security, which means, for example, that as a consumer you do not have to pay for the products you ordered until you have received them, and that Klarna helps you in problem situations related to the purchase.

Dues
If the claim is not paid, Klarna sends a payment reminder, for which Klarna charges a reminder fee of €5.00 and interest on late payment according to the Interest Act. If the receivable is still unpaid despite payment reminders, Klarna can transfer the receivable to a collection agency for collection, which may cause collection costs.

If you choose "Pay later" or "Split payments" as the payment method, Klarna evaluates your creditworthiness.
Klarna processes your personal data in order to fulfill its obligations both under this agreement and for other purposes mentioned in our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data, for example, to identify and analyze your customer status, perform a credit assessment, market and develop our business.
