Is there an error in the product?

Nanso takes responsibility for each of its products. We want to be worthy of our customers' trust even with regard to faulty products.

In the event of a complaint, the faulty product will be returned in accordance with the instructions given by Nanso's customer service, after the customer service has processed the complaint notification.

Purchase from Nanso's online store

For complaints about products purchased from the online store, contact our customer service asiakaspalvelu@nanso.com . Attach a photo and a verbal description of the product defect to your message, and state the name of the defective product and the order number found on the order. The product claim period is 12 months from the date of purchase. If you want to complain about the product, please report it within 2 months of noticing the product defect.

Regarding the product bought in the store, we ask you to contact the Nanso store.

Purchase from a dealer

If you have purchased the product from a retailer, please contact the original place of purchase.

Warranty repair

Whether the garment is covered by warranty repair and repairability is always assessed on a case-by-case basis. Evaluation and ordering repairs are done through our customer service.
