If you contact us via chat outside of opening hours, please leave your email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

So that we can help you as best as possible, please make sure that your email contains the following information:

Your whole name
Your order number (if you have any questions about your order)
Tracking number or a picture of the Posti/Matkahuolto return receipt (if you have questions about your return)
Product number (if you have any questions about the product/availability)
Picture of the product (in case of a complaint)
