Nanso's loyalty terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between consumer customers and Nanso Group Oy regarding loyalty. By becoming a regular customer, you accept these terms.
Joining and customer information
Anyone over the age of 18 can become a regular customer on our website or in Nanso's own stores.
Loyal membership is free of charge and is valid until further notice.
The information requested in the registration form must be entered correctly. Please remember to update us with your changing contact information.
You can update your customer information in the online store by logging into your member page .
By updating your information about your birthday, for example, you can earn more loyalty points.
Identification as a regular customer
In Nanso stores, loyalty is verified at the checkout based on the customer's name and email address. In the online store, you identify yourself as a regular customer with an email and a password. Please remember to always log in when you shop in our online store so that you can accumulate points from your purchases.
Loyalty is personal. One person can have only one loyalty account and registered e-mail address.
Loyalty levels
Your loyalty starts on the day you become a loyal customer. The annual (12 month) level limit is calculated from the date of joining. The level of loyalty accounts created before May 16, 2023 is determined by purchases made between May 16, 2022 and May 16, 2023. Fulfillment of the level limit is checked annually, i.e. the next level date for the aforementioned regular customers is 16 May 2024.
Your level is determined by your purchases in the last 12 months.
You automatically move to the next level when your purchase volume exceeds the annual level limit. With silver and gold levels, you get more benefits.
You stay at the new level for 12 months from the day you reached the level. After this:
- You stay at the level if your purchase volume during the previous 12 months still exceeds the level limit.
- You fall to a lower level if your purchase volume during the previous 12 months does not exceed the level limit. However, you can always go back to a higher level when the annual purchase limit is reached again.
The annual purchase limits for the levels are as follows:
- Bronze level 0–249 € / year
- Silver level over €250 / year
- Gold level over €500 / year
Nanso Group Oy reserves the right to check the level limits and make changes to them.
Loyal customer benefits and points
Purchases made as a loyal customer accumulate points. 1 euro equals 1 point. You can also earn points by completing your profile with your member account.
The points appear in your member account and are updated immediately after you make a purchase. If you return the product, the points you earned for it will be deducted from your account.
Collected points remain in your account for 12 months from your last purchase. You will receive a reminder in your email about the points expiring 14 days before the expiration date.
Points accumulated from purchases can only be transferred from a terminated loyalty account to a valid account. Benefit codes are personal.
The points can be redeemed for the following advantage codes:
- 200 points entitles you to a €10 discount code, the minimum purchase amount is €30
- 500 points entitles you to a €25 discount code, the minimum purchase amount is €70
- 1000 points entitles you to a €50 discount code, minimum purchase amount €100
Redeeming the points as a benefit code takes place in our online store in your own customer account under ' Your frequent customer settings and benefit code ' or at the checkout in our stores. Redeemed advantage codes cannot be converted back into points.
Points from the gift card are accumulated when purchasing the gift card. When paying with a gift card, the loyal customer no longer accumulates points.
If you have made purchases before activating your loyal customer account, purchases from the previous 1 month will automatically be added to your loyal customer account when you activate the account.
As our loyal customer, you get changing benefits intended for loyal customers, such as being among the first to know about our news and campaigns. Part of the loyalty benefits are based on whether you are at the bronze, silver, or gold level. Loyalty may also include other benefits or benefits or services offered by our partners. Loyal customer benefit code terms of use
By using the benefit code, you accept its terms of use.
- When using benefit codes, there are the above minimum purchase amounts, depending on the size of the benefit code.
- The discount code can be used for discounted products, but it cannot be combined with other discount codes, such as influencer or campaign discount codes .
- You can only use one access code at a time.
- The access code can only be used once.
- The access code cannot be added to the order after order confirmation.
- There is no validity period for the benefit code. Nanso Group reserves the right to cancel unused Advantage Codes with 12 days' notice if necessary.
- It is possible to use the redeemed advantage codes both in our stores and in our online store
- The access code cannot be used to purchase a gift card or plastic bags.
- When you use the loyalty code and the corresponding euro-denominated discount code, the discount is distributed as a percentage to all the products in your purchase during the order phase. The discount on a single product depends on the sum of the purchase and the discount code.
- When returning one or more products from a purchase paid for with a discount code, you will get your money back for the amount you have paid for each individual product after discounting the discount code. The benefit is considered used after ordering. The discount code or discount will not be deducted again from products that are kept after the return.
- If you return part of the products from your order, the benefit code is considered used and the points will not be returned to your account.
- If you return your entire order, the points will return to the situation before the order. You can then redeem a new benefit code with the recovered points. The same access code cannot be used again.
The loyalty code can be used:
- to normal priced products
- to discounted products
- In connection with the Kantispäivät campaign
The access code cannot be used:
- together with other benefit codes entered in the shopping cart
- with the additional sale campaign
- if the minimum purchase limit is not met
If you have several advantage or discount codes in use at the same time and you add them to your shopping cart at checkout, the biggest discount will apply to your order, if the codes cannot be used together.
Use of the benefit code in the online store and in stores
- You can read the instructions for using personal loyalty codes from here .
- The discount code is added to the online store order at the point when the desired products have first been added to the shopping cart. When you go to the checkout, you will find a text field under the name 'Gift card, campaign or benefit code'. The field is visible on the computer on the right side and on the phone under 'Show my order summary'.
- Paste or write your benefit code in the field, press 'Apply', and the price will be updated according to the benefit code. Please note that you can only use one benefit code with your order.
- You can use your benefit code in the store by telling it at the cashier. More about access codes from here .
Customer communication and personal data processing
Communication related to loyal customers mainly takes place via e-mail, text messages and online service. By accepting these terms, you agree to the sending of benefits and customer communications. The regular customer has the option to deny this communication.
Nanso processes the loyal customer's personal data in a manner permitted and required by the currently valid data protection legislation. Information on the processing of personal data and the rights of the loyal customer can be found in the privacy statement available on the website.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Loyalty Account. The regular customer is responsible for the security and storage of his login information. We recommend using a secure password and changing the password if necessary.
Termination of loyalty
Loyal customers can terminate their loyalty immediately at any time by notifying Nanso's customer service by e-mail. If the loyal customer abuses the loyalty system or is otherwise guilty of violating these conditions or any special conditions regarding certain benefits or content, Nanso Group Oy has the right to terminate the loyalty without notice.
Nanso Group Oy is not responsible for possible malfunctions of the loyalty program or losses caused by changes to the loyalty program.
Nanso Group Oy reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty program and its conditions.
