Nanso's loyalty terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between consumer customers and Nanso Group Oy regarding loyalty. By becoming a loyal customer, you accept these terms and conditions.
Joining and customer information
Anyone over the age of 18 can become a loyal customer on our website or in Nanso's own stores.
Loyalty membership is free of charge and is valid until further notice.
The information requested on the registration form must be provided correctly. Please remember to update us with any changes to your contact information.
You can update your customer information in the online store by logging into your membership page .
By updating your information, such as your birthday, you can earn more loyalty points.
Identification as a loyal customer
In Nanso stores, loyalty is verified at the checkout based on the customer's name and email address. In the online store, loyalty is identified with an email address and password. Please always remember to log in when you shop in our online store so that points can be accumulated for your purchases.
Loyalty is personal. One person can only have one loyalty account and registered email address.
Loyalty levels
Your loyalty program begins on the day you become a loyal customer. The annual (12-month) level limit is calculated from the date of joining. The level limit is checked annually.
Your level is determined by your purchases over the last 12 months.
You will automatically move to the next level when your purchases exceed the annual level limit. With the Silver and Gold levels, you will have access to more benefits.
You will remain at the new level for 12 months from the date you reach the level. After this:
- You will remain in the level if your purchase volume during the previous 12 months still exceeds the level limit.
- You will drop to a lower level if your purchases during the previous 12 months do not exceed the level limit. However, you can always move up to a higher level when the annual purchase limit is met again.
The annual purchase limits for the tiers are as follows:
- Bronze level 0–249 € / year
- Silver level over €250 / year
- Gold level over €500 / year
Nanso Group Oy reserves the right to review the level limits and make changes to them.
Loyalty benefits and points
Purchases made as a loyal customer earn points. 1 euro equals 1 point. You can also earn points by completing your profile in your member account.
Points are displayed in your member account and are updated immediately after you make a purchase. If you return a product, the points you earned for it will be deducted from your account.
The points you collect will remain in your account for 12 months from your last purchase. You will receive an email reminder 14 days before the points expire.
Only points accumulated from purchases from a closed loyalty account can be transferred to a valid account. Coupons are personal.
Points can be redeemed for the following coupons:
- 150 points entitle you to a €5 voucher, minimum purchase amount €30
- 300 points entitle you to a €10 discount code, minimum purchase amount €50
- 600 points entitle you to a €25 discount code, minimum purchase amount €100
Points can be redeemed for vouchers in our online store in your customer account under ' Your loyalty settings and vouchers ' or at the checkout in our stores. Redeemed vouchers cannot be converted back into points.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of redemption. You will receive an email reminder of the points' expiration 14 days before the expiration date. Expired vouchers will not be refunded.
Points are earned from a gift card when the gift card is purchased. When the gift card is used to pay, the loyal customer no longer earns points.
If you have made purchases before activating your loyalty account, purchases from the previous 1 month will automatically be added to your loyalty account when you activate the account.
As our loyal customer, you will receive variable benefits intended for loyal customers, such as being among the first to know about our new products and campaigns. Some of the loyal customer benefits are based on whether you are at the bronze, silver or gold level. Loyalty may also include other benefits or benefits or services offered by our partners. Terms and conditions of use for the loyalty coupon
By using a coupon, you agree to its terms and conditions.
- The above minimum purchase amounts apply to the use of coupons, depending on the size of the coupon.
- The coupon can be used for discounted products, but it cannot be combined with other discount codes, such as influencer or campaign discount codes.
- You can only use one coupon at a time.
- The voucher can only be used once.
- A coupon cannot be added to an order after order confirmation.
- The voucher expires 6 months from the date it was redeemed. Nanso Group reserves the right to void unused vouchers with 12 days' notice if necessary.
- Redeemed coupons can be used both in our stores and online.
- The coupon cannot be used to purchase gift cards or plastic bags.
- When you use a loyalty coupon or a similar discount code in euros, the discount is distributed as a percentage to all products in your purchase during the ordering process. The discount on an individual product depends on the amount of the purchase and the coupon/discount code.
- When returning one or more products from a purchase paid for with a coupon, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for each individual product after the coupon discount. The discount is considered used after the order. The coupon or discount will not be deducted again from products that are kept after the return.
- If you return some of the products from your order, the coupon will be considered used and the points will not be returned to your account.
- If you return your entire order, your points will be restored to the level before you placed the order. You can then redeem a new voucher with the returned points. The same voucher cannot be used again.
The loyalty coupon can be used:
- for regular-priced products
- for discounted products
- In connection with the Kantispäivät campaign
Loyalty coupons cannot be used:
- together with other discount codes entered in the shopping cart
- with the extra sale campaign
- if the minimum purchase limit is not met
If you have multiple promo or discount codes in use at the same time and add them to your cart at checkout, the largest discount will apply to your order if the codes cannot be used together.
Using a coupon online and in stores
- You can read the instructions for using personal loyalty coupons from here
- A coupon is added to an online store order when the desired products have first been added to the shopping cart. When you proceed to checkout, you will find a text field called 'Gift card, campaign code or coupon'. The field is visible on the right side on a computer and under 'View my order summary' on a phone.
- Paste or type your coupon in the field, press 'Apply', and the price will update according to the coupon. Please note that you can only use one coupon per order.
- You can use your coupon in store by presenting it at the checkout. For more information about coupons , see the FAQ page .
Customer communication and processing of personal data
Loyalty-related communications are primarily sent via email, text messages, and online services. By accepting these terms, you agree to receive promotional and customer communications. Loyalty customers have the option to opt out of these communications.
Nanso processes the personal data of loyal customers in a manner permitted and required by the data protection legislation in force at any given time. Information on the processing of personal data and the rights of loyal customers can be found in the privacy policy available on the website.
You are responsible for all activities that occur through your loyalty account. Loyal customers are responsible for the security and storage of their login information. We recommend using a secure password and changing your password when necessary.
Termination of loyalty program
A loyal customer may terminate their loyalty membership with immediate effect at any time by notifying Nanso's customer service by email. If a loyal customer abuses the loyalty system or otherwise violates these terms and conditions or any special terms and conditions regarding certain benefits or content, Nanso Group Oy has the right to terminate the loyalty membership without notice.
Nanso Group Oy is not responsible for any malfunctions of the loyalty program or losses caused by changes to the loyalty program.
Nanso Group Oy reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty program and its terms and conditions.
