Christmas delivery times

We want to make sure you get your gift shopping in time before Christmas. The number of packages has multiplied in recent years, and that's why we recommend ordering your Christmas gift shopping in time and picking up the packages quickly at pick-up points.

Here are the indicative last order dates for Christmas gift shopping in our online store. You choose the delivery method that suits you at the checkout of our online store.

Domestic deliveries:

Delivery of postal parcels to manned Posti points and home delivery - order no later than 18.12.

Posti Smart Post machines - order no later than 18.12.

Matkahuolto Lählä package - order no later than 18.12.

When you order online and pick up at a Nanso store - order no later than 18.12.

International deliveries:

UPS - standard packages: Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark) order no later than Friday 13.12.

Rest of Europe - Order no later than Wednesday 11.12.

UPS Express Saver - Europe - Order no later than Monday 17.12.

Delay

Nanso is not responsible if the delivery of the order is delayed due to the transport service or the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided incorrect contact information to Nanso's online store or neglects his obligation to notify and update his changed contact information, or is not there at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached.

Nanso is also unable to influence if one of our partner's parcel points is full and the parcels are diverted to alternative pick-up points.

Please also note that Christmas gifts purchased from 11.11.2024 have an extended exchange and return right until 6.1.2025.
