Junior Controller

We are now looking for an analytical, proactive and collaborative Junior Controller to join our team as a support person to the CFO. The role combines both internal and external accounting tasks. The position is temporary, initially until February 28, 2026.

The Junior Controller's job description is a versatile combination of internal and external accounting and you will work with the CFO, business operations and outsourced financial management. Internal accounting tasks include budgeting, forecasting and reporting, as well as diverse analyses of business profitability and growth. External accounting includes preparing monthly break-even notes, making cash forecasts, preparing financial statement materials and compiling audit materials. In this role, you will report to the CFO and work as a close-knit team.

The Junior Controller supports and monitors the growth and profitability of business and projects through analysis. The role is well suited for a recent graduate with a Master of Science (Econ.) or someone completing their studies who has the desire and motivation to develop into a financial management professional. We expect an analytical and productive way of working, with a flexible and collaborative attitude. Your main location will be at our Helsinki headquarters in Sörnäinen.

What do we expect from you?

• At least a commercial degree from a polytechnic, a university degree in economics is considered an advantage
• Work experience in financial administration, experience in controller work is considered an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems; knowledge of financial management systems and ERP projects is an advantage
• Analytical, precise and collaborative working style.
