PRODUCT COORDINATOR

In the job, you are responsible for the different areas of product coordination of the Nanso brand. You support the Nanso team through the entire product development process with your own strong expertise. You are an energetic person and are able to move things forward independently, sticking to schedules and the quality of work.

We offer the opportunity to work in an interesting industry, in an iconic Finnish company, with growing brands. The place of business is in Helsinki, Sörnäis. In your role, you answer to the chief designer.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week).

Main areas of responsibility

• Opening and maintaining product information in the enterprise resource planning system.
• Measuring and checking samples.
• Matching production samples together with the model master and designer.
• Commenting on the adjustment changes of production samples to the factories.
• Testing of new material qualities and approval of washing instructions.
• Responsibility for writing product information texts.
• Implementation of Nanso's sales catalog.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education in the clothing industry.
• Good problem-solving ability and systematicity.
• Extensive material knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English (written and oral).
• You have good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign software.
• Knowledge of the operational control system is an advantage.
