Rules and conditions of the Nanso draw

2. Participation and eligibility

The prize draw is open to persons over 18 years of age. Participation in the prize draw requires providing an email address on the prize draw form. Participation is voluntary and does not require the purchase of a product or service. By providing their email address on the prize draw form, the participant confirms that they meet the conditions set out in these rules.

3. Participation period

You can participate in the raffle at Nanso stores on November 24, 2023, as well as in the online store and on Instagram between November 24 and 26, 2023. Entries received after the competition period will not be considered. The winner will be drawn by November 29, 2023. The winners will be notified personally by email about the prize and how to claim it.

4. Winners' draw and prize

The prize in the raffle is a €50 Nanso gift card. One gift card will be raffled off in each Nanso store. One gift card will be raffled off in both the Nanso online store and Nanso Instagram. You can only win once in the raffle. The gift card can be used to pay for purchases in the Nanso online store and in Nanso stores. If the value of your gift card is greater than the value of your order, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is valid for one year. 

The winners will be drawn by 29 November 2023 from those who have provided their contact information. The draw will be made from entries received in accordance with the rules. If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of winning, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner in their place. 

5. Processing of personal data 

We process personal data to carry out the raffle and award the prizes. By participating in the raffle, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for this purpose.

6. Other terms and conditions 

The organizer is responsible for any lottery tax related to the campaign. 

The materials and intellectual property rights related to the competition belong to the organizer. 

The organizer is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect entries, which are due to, for example, IT reasons or any damage possibly related to participation. 

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, which will be announced on this page.
