Ordering and returns

How to place an order

  1. Choose the size(s) and add product(s) to cart: Lisää ostoskoriin 
  2. Press the shopping bag icon (top right). If products and sizes are correct, continue by: Kassalle 
  3. Fill in the address and contact information. If you have a discount code or a gift card, add the code to Lahjakortti, kampanjakoodi tai alennusseteli and press Hyväksy. 
  4. Choose delivery method. Continue to payment methods: Jatka valitsemaan maksutapa 
  5. Choose payment method. Press: Tarkastele tilausta to check order. You are not yet charged at this point. 
  6. Choose to use the same billing address as your delivery address: Laskutusosoite sama kuin toimitusosoite or choose a different billing address: Käytä eri laskutusosoitetta
  7. You can change the order details at this point if necessary: Muuta 
  8. Continue to pay: Jatka maksamaan tilaus 
  9. Pay with chosen method. You will get an email confirming the order. Please note that all communication is in Finnish.

Shipping, returns and exchanges 


Posti & Matkahuolto delivery to pickup point: 4,90 €
Posti Home delivery: 10,90 €
Pickup from Nanso store: free

Orders over 99,00 € will have free delivery via Posti & Matkahuolto in Finland (excluding home delivery).

If you are a Nanso loyalty club member you get to enjoy tier-based delivery prices in Finland:

  • Bronze members: free delivery on orders over 79,00 € (excluding home delivery).
  • Silver members: free delivery on orders over 59,00 € (excluding home delivery).
  • Gold members: free delivery always and free home delivery on orders over 99,00 €.

We also deliver to:  

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy and Luxemburg. 

Orders outside of Finland are shipped with UPS:

UPS Standard 9,90 €.  
UPS Express Saver 20,00 €

Return fee is 9,90 € and it is not refundable. Please pack unused items with the shipping list and attach the return label so it covers your address. Return the package to the nearest UPS service point and ask for a receipt. We will refund the returned items as soon as the return has been registered by our warehouse. Keep the return receipt from UPS until you get a return confirmation e-mail from Nanso. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. 

Exchanges can be done by returning (above) and ordering as normal. If you have used a discount code on your order, please contact customer services beforehand. 

Please contact customer service if the item or parcel is damaged or otherwise not in original condition when received. Attach a photo with description of the damage and order number to you email. The product claim period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
